AbstractAbstract
Since February 2, the provisions of the EU AI Act on prohibitive practices and AI literacy have begun to apply.AI literacy is not only a training course, but also requires product teams to understand the boundaries of competence, risk, and use context.
2025 Timeline and Evidence
The European Commission has confirmed that the prohibition of sexual AI practices and AI literacy obligations will apply from February 2, 2025.
Organizations need to take appropriate training measures based on employee roles, technical knowledge and use environment.
Designers often directly determine how users understand and rely on AI output.

Institution of Institutions Study
If the interface wraps the probabilistic result into a definitive answer, no amount of internal training can make up for it.AI literacy should enter the product language, interaction process and operation system, so that employees and users can identify the scope of application of the system.
Design Response Design Response
Establish a portfolio of job-oriented AI capabilities and risk scenario libraries.
Demonstrate confidence, uncertainty, and upgrade paths in the interface.
03 Incorporation of misuse cases into pre-line usability testing.

AURELIS observation
Beyond 2025, compliance capabilities will gradually become part of design maturity: a good experience will help both task completion and prudent judgment.
